Just played a handful of rounds of Rush 2042 and had an issue where, in between lives, I'd lose the ability to jump and vault, sometimes. May have something to do with the same key bind being used. Or perhaps a combo of key presses. Not sure. I'll keep investigating when it happens again.

I have some information regarding this bug.
It looks like it may be related to pressing the use/interact/exit keybind while still sprinting in to a revive or vault. Pressing the interact/exit keybind will then allow me to gain the ability to jump and vault.
From what I've seen, this bug happens if you weapon swap to cancel out of the revive animation.
I've stopped seeing it ever since I stopped doing that and made sure I allow the revive animation to finish on its own every time.
