Losing gun upgrades after fully upgraded

Summarize your bug Weapon Upgrades for rifles disappearing. Twice now I lost upgrades. the M52 I had to re-aquire them to get where I was. The the AC-42 (which really makes me mad) I was almost all teh way upgraded and it just went away after the Hard or heavy silencer

Gun upgrades going away. AC-42 and M52
This is so frustrating to get the upgrade and have to start over, I am level 92 and should not have to start over on the weapon upgrades... can you fix my account? Thank you.
