Losing input for a few seconds (Randomly). Keyboard, Mouse & Controller.

Summarize your bug Losing all input for a few seconds (Player just runs or spins depending on the last button pressed) This happens both with K&M and also when using a controller.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the same on the same build...
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant do anything for a few seconds.
What should be happening instead? I should have full control of my character 100% of the time.

I dont know what else to do ive deleted the battlefield 2042 documents folder, installed the game to my ssd, disabled future rendering, tryed the game on low settings, unplugged all other usbs and just left essentials plugged in (K&M & controller)

Its infuriating that this still isnt fixed yet. I just want to be able to play the game without dying to stupid bugs.

    Just an update: I tried disabling RAW mouse input and it didn't seem to make a difference. I'm not sure if it's because it's not really off, or because it doesn't matter. Every time I turned it off, it came back on so I don't really know if it's off or not. Yes, I even set it to off in the config file first, but it didn't matter - it still kept coming back on.

    One other thing - I closed the Razer software and that also didn't make a difference. So, the only software I was running during gameplay was the Logitech Gaming Software. Otherwise there were no background apps running.

    @SlipperyLiz4rd Thanks for sharing this. I'll try what others have had success with and remove some USB devices to see it if works - particularly my USB DAC/AMP.

    @UKzRANDALL I'm having the same problem but my xbox 1 controller won't even connect to the game. It works fine on every other game but not bf 2042. I've tried every fix I've found online but they don't work.

    A quick update from me: I tried all the fixes here and none worked. I even tried unplugging my AMP and using the motherboard sound and it still freezes on me occasionally.

    I give up - I'm just going to have to accept freezing inputs every few minutes or stop playing the game until a fix comes out.

    Very sad.
