Lost all progress

I actively played Battlefield 2042 more than a year ago, spent a lot of time in the game and had a high level of account
A few months ago, I logged into the game and saw that all progress had been reset to zero, all the upgrades, perks, equipment... everything had been reset to zero progress. 

I want to get back all the progress I've lost. How can I do it?

The situation is similar with Star Wars Battlefront 2 - I played this game for a long time a few years ago, decided to log in this week and there is the same problem - all progress has been reset to zero.

I understand that this is most likely a problem for all games on my account. I played all these games on Xbox.

How can I get my progress back in these games?
