Just started BF2042 on PC from Console - Immediately Banned
So to start, I've played BF on consoles since 1942 and all the way through BFBC2 and BF3-4 (skipped BF1 and BFV) and well into BF 2042. I decided to try BF 2042 on PC due to the beta for BF6 being available through steam and getting an early access code from a creator giveaway. Beta went amazing and played about 100 matches between Weekend 1 and 2. Hearing they had challenges for BF6 rewards in 2042. So here I am logging into my second instance on 2042 and hoping in a portal mode to play bigger ticket maps and get my XP when I was mid match and hit with "you've been banned" only to read the email after saying I was cheating? This is where I'm lost but might know why I got banned. I play tons of IDLE games on my PC while doing work and I have an autoclicker downloaded that helps me play https://orteil.dashnet.org/cookieclicker/ COOKIE CLICKER and other similar IDLE games where autoclickers are encouraged! I have zero reason to click the mouse button when I play controller in battlefield and I think EA's Anti-cheat picked that up and immediately banned me. I appealed this ban obviously and tried to find anything that would get me logs to help prove my case but I didn't find any logs or anything outside submitting my BF2042 stats which I'll post here. I am clearly NOT cheating with stats like mine but if anyone can help me or has experience reversing a ban, this would be insanely appreciated as a long time lover and fan of BF series and hater of cheating as a console player who is usually forced to play with cheater (why i stopped playing Warzone). my ps5 controller is the controls of an xbox and pc
so i cant even shoot or aim or do anything at all what i mean by that my ps5 contoller the shoot is the touch pad the gadget keys are x o triangle and square buttons the the d pad is the letah button L2 are my tactical the L1 is zoom R1 is lay down my my R2 is the camera moment button not only that i hit the reset button to default same thing again i have ea play pro i have never ran into such issue like this not to mention i played alot of BF not only on my ps5 but also on my pc ofc for the BF6 beta
I am not receiving the correct amount of Battle Pass "points" after a match.
I have played a few hours between yesterday and today and noticed that more rounds than not, I receive no progress towards the battle pass. For example, I watched as I leveled the battle pass xp up six times in one match, yet I had ZERO progression once I went to the main screen. And again the next match with four level ups, I went to the main screen and again nothing. This needs to be addressed, I am owed multiple levels worth of the battle pass, I spent hours trying to get a single level and nothing. PLEASE FIX THIS.
BF2042 "some"Game Server who got SFT issues
Server at screenshots got 24/7 SFT issues, since day 1 of this BF6 goodies event !! (FREEPASS) All that time none and nobody has done anything tho fix those problems. This is bad advertisment for BF6, cause those game srvers are probarly in issues to. I will not advice anyone to buy or pre order BF6. The maintenance and attention at those games and servers are minimal. No feedback from EA/DICE , just completely silenced !!!!!!!!!!!!!Unable to connect to EA servers
So I bought a EA games pass and a core pass for Xbox it use to work ,so did the Standard xbox pass along with the EAPass now it saying unable to connect make sure platform client is online which I am and I have internet as well all I play is battlefield 2042 and ufc 4 this sux makes me wanna go get a new Playstation. I've had xbox forever but not beyond going with ps 5. Bet this isn't plaguing them .

Since the 18th I haven’t been able to login battlefield 2042 it is continuously connecting to online services, I can login on other accounts and it works fine but my account won’t login, I have messed with my WiFi and I have even deleted the game and redownloaded it and I still can’t get past connecting to online services, I’m on Xbox series s
