Cannot install Battlefield 2042 with Xbox Game Pass Premium
i have xbox game prenium but i cannot install bf2042 trhough the ea app. every time a try to install it, the EA app tells me that i need to buy the game, even i have been trying several days and would really like to play . could someone help me resolve this issue
No weapon level up, or attachments
I have an Xbox series X. I know all of these forums keep stating that they're having problems of not leveling up weapons or getting their attachments. And then everything says problem solved! This is wrong! I am still having this stupid problem! It's bad enough that this stupid game by EA sports is crashing my xbox, now it won't give me my level up of my weapons or my attachments. I am receiving 1:860015:89001S:9C:-13561655840 on my son profile on the Xbox s console. I see that this is ongoing for months and many people found creating a new account and signing in with that one seems to resolve the issue. My problem is that his account was set to a child account through the Xbox. I am unable to log in via the Xbox or a different device or browser. Support will not allow me to log in anywhere but the console. I am unable to unlink the account from the game. I also am unable to complete the linking process to manage his account FROM my parent account for this same reason. A cycle of support agents told me I should be able to log in via bf6 or the ea app. I can’t purchase the ea app because his account is a child account. I can’t purchase it for him because I am unable to complete the linking process. Will someone please for the love of god help me. I need a way to create a new account and for him to be able to play on an xbox s. I do not care about saved game data loss, (he has none). I don’t understand how to do this. Please treate me like a veteran with PTSD and little tech experience.Recurring notification/ping sound
While in a match playing or changing my loadout, I hear a recurring bell notification/ping sound several times per minute (sometimes every 10 seconds). It doesn’t seem to be a player pinging a location or an opponent it’s just a random sound that pops up in game. It’s almost making the game unplayable, has anyone else experienced this? If so what can I do to fix the problem? Cheers 👍
Twitch drops not showing up after claiming
my twitch acount is linked up and i did all the necessary steps to be able to collect my twitch drops but after claiming all 4 of them on twitch i only recieved 3 drops in my game. i am missing the first one wich was my favourite one . Feeling very sad about this :(BF6 tag won’t update to new EA ID (Xbox)
I hated my Xbox gamertag so I changed it. My Battlefield 6 tag didn’t update to my new Xbox tag. I changed my EA ID online and it still shows my old Xbox tag. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game and it still shows old Xbox tag. I also unlinked/relinked the EA profile from the Xbox profile after the Xbox showed the new tag; can’t relink til May 26’. Would really appreciate some help, thanks!
