Low fps game stuttering only in battlefield no other games

Its really sad but only BF2042/BFV have same issues with low fps and game stuttering i have amd ryzen 2700 rtx 2070 and no other games have issues with low fps but battlefield yea maybe something wro...

I am getting 45-50 fps with the following configuration. Is there a way to improve fps? Already tried all the workaround like lowing all graphics settings, tweaking PROFSAVE_profile file (enable DX12) and some suggestion on YouTube but no difference, it is literally unplayable. Is someone using same configuration facing same issue? if not, what have you applied to improve fps.
