I am getting 45-50 fps with the following configuration. Is there a way to improve fps? Already tried all the workaround like lowing all graphics settings, tweaking PROFSAVE_profile file (enable DX12) and some suggestion on YouTube but no difference, it is literally unplayable. Is someone using same configuration facing same issue? if not, what have you applied to improve fps.

Can you include a DxDiag so we can look at your system specs and Windows errors? We'll see what we can do to help improve FPS for you. Do you also run the game with our programs running in the background, such as overlays? How to gather DxDiag information

Are you running any overlays or other programs in the background?
If you do a clean boot and then immediately launch Battlefield as Administrator without opening other programs do you see an FPS improvement? This is to determine if it's software running in the background conflicting with the game. This is ideally a good start for troubleshooting to rule out that possibility. How to Clean Boot your PC

Hey @EA_Blueberry , attaching DxDiag file. I am having the same issue, CPU usage is 100% seems to be affected by CPU bottleneck. Hoping, there will be fix available in upcoming patches. Please have a look and report to the devs.
