Sorry to hear you're having a problem.
We're going to run a quick test to see if it's your graphics card causing the problem. Follow these steps :
- Install GPU-Z here: https://www.guru3d.com/download/gpu-z-download-techpowerup/
- Open it
- And send the result of your “Bus Interface” (image)
