Low FPS/Stuttering Since Last Patch

I've been experiencing an issue where after about 2-3 minutes of play my FPS drops significantly and the game stutters and becomes totally unplayable. I've tried the following solutions:

- Clearing the cache

- Using 'borderless' instead of 'fullscreen' in view options

- Checking my RAM for errors (none were found)

- Rolling back GPU drivers to the last ones and the ones before those

Is this something that a lot of people are experiencing since the most recent mid-January (2023) patch? I've tried a few Google searches and have found posts from around the game's launch that complain about this kind of problem, but none from recently. I'm not having this problem with any other game I currently have installed, so I'm guessing it's specifically to do with BF2042. I've attached my Dxdiag for reference

@Lonehelljump3rOk I fixed it myself. After trying all the internet fixes (clearing cache, user.cfg file, process lasso, ect), updating bios, trying different gpus and ram kits. The fix is to reinstall a clean windows. Now I'm back at 4k ultra at around 140+ fps with zero stuttering.
