Low Frames BF2042

Hello is there a reason why im getting such low frames??? My graphics drivers are up to date and everything and i have a more than the recommended specs for this game.
SPECS:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 4800H Series 7 (8 cores, 16 threads)
GPU: AMD Radeon 5600M 6GB VRAM
RAM: 16GB 3200MHZ SODIMM
I am also running the game on a NVMe. 
Sadly as you may or may not deducted i have a gaming laptop. But i dont think its the root problem of this. Is it due to bad optimisation, too much bad coding or just the game itself?
Im getting severely tired of having to stop playing the game each time this happens. I play a max of 1-2 hours and the frames start to drop like massively. Also noticed that the special weather events really dont help. I keep getting the yellow icon indicating low FPS and sometimes the icon is red.

If you have any way to mitigate or fix this issue please tell me.

    My frames are good, but the servers lose connection Every freaking game today. Its always something.

    @SaltyMain There are plenty of threads around on this topic. Have a look, use the search feature. There is no real answer, it’s the game itself causing the majority of the issues. There are some things you can do, in the other threads.

    @SaltyMaintry monitoring your cpu usage via task manager, if just one core spikes to 100% or will be around 100% most time, frame drops occur.
    otherwise you can set the graphic lower / try out a little bit, like mentioned by @ATFGunr there are many topics about this already, there are some tweaks possible to get more frames also , either by reducing the graphic or different settings . videos about this can also be found on youtube

    (just be careful everyone on yt has the "best" or thinks he has THE answer, but will talk just 15minutes for a 1 minute topic and showcasing 95% of the time useless gameplay from him and from 10 videos 9 are the same... :P )

    @SaltyMain There’s players with better rigs than yours getting those frames. While there are some tweaks / settings that will help, the game is very CPU intensive. My buddy dropped thousands to upgrade (he just wanted the excuse lol). He won’t all in with an I9 and a 3090 and he’s only getting 70fps. Boy was he ticked off!
