Low Gpu Usage
Hello, sometimes my gpu usage drops to around 50-60 fps and I experience a serious fps loss. It drops to 60 fps. My graphics card is currently undervolted, but it does the same thing when it's normal. CPU usage is between 70-90 How can i fix?

Resolution 2K. I did 4k with DSR but nothing changed.
