Error message:

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 163] Shader compilation failures are Fatal.

Game crashes on the first loading screen as the opening sequence with the ship with Cal begins.

So far, I have: 

1. updated the nvidia driver

2. updated windows etc

I'm done. Applied for a refund with Steam.
