M-COM not exploding in flashpoint rush match.

Platform:PC

Summarize your bug M-coms not exploding in flashpoint rush match.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It might be related to flashpoint map or someone in the in-game chat said that eod bot might cause this
What happens when the bug occurs? M-com refuses to explode and when the tickets go to 0, match doesn't end.
What should be happening instead? M-com should explode.

So yeah, there is this bug where m-com doesn't explode and when that happens, match doesn't end either. Note: this is not pc specific, this can happen in every platform. 

First image shows when my team noticed that m-com didn't explode. 

Then we allowed enemy team to defuse this m-com, but that didn't fix it. 

When tickets went to 0, match didn't end:

    Update, this is not flashpoint specific. this can happen on all maps.

    Here's a screenshot of el alamein rush match where m-com got stuck in detonation loop and where it didn't explode not matter how many times you defused and planted it again. 

    So far I've experienced this game breaking bug 7 times in these recent few days. 

    This was the worst one where the game lasted 3 hours due to game not ending when tickets went to 0. 

    In my experience every third or fourth rush match gets stuck due to this bug.

    Happened in two matches for me as well, both time an EOD-Bot defuse. On Noshar Canals and on Hourglass.

    This just happened again, two matches in a row where this bug happened, this time I managed to record small clips of this bug:

    I have a feeling that EoD bot causes this.
