M39 EMR Vault Weapon one shots to the head under 41M

Summarize your bug The M39 EMR vault weapon is able to perform a one shot kill to the head as long as the enemy is under 41M away from you with the factory barrel equipped.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the EMR with default barrel to test headshot damage
What happens when the bug occurs? The EMR is able to one shot kill to the head under 41M
What should be happening instead? The M39 EMR should have the same headshot damage as the other marksman rifles

The EMR should not be able to one shot at that distance, the headshot damage with the supressor has since been fixed, but the default barrel is still able to do it.

    @AOD_CapStar362Dice should have decided how they want this weapon used and then adjusted it accordingly.
    At the moment, it’s a confusing hybrid.

    I have no problem with the way it is, but I do think they should have given it either DMR characteristics or sniper characteristics.

    At the moment, it has both.

    It has DMR damage (even more so after next week’s update).

    It is a semi auto.

    but..

    You can hold breath like a sniper rifle.

    It has a 12X scope.

    @AOD_CapStar362 Correct. That’s one of the reasons I don’t play in filthy core servers and run my own hardcore servers instead.
