M3A3 Bradley and BMP-2 inaccuracies

BMP-2:

- Autocannon fires at the same rate as a Bradley, when it should actually be much, much faster (300-500rpm).

Bradley:

- It can only fire one TOW missile before needing to reload, despite the TOW launcher having two separate missile tubes.
