Many Invisible Players, can only see guns

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how this came about, but there were AI soldiers in this game as it wasn't 64 to 64 to begin with. Maybe AI playing and getting replaced by human players coming in is what triggered it, not sure As you can see from the chat, I'm not the only one who experienced invisibility.
What happens when the bug occurs? You become invisible and/or you see others as invisible. In the image, you can see that I'm driving a tank, and neither the tank nor I am visible.
What should be happening instead? There should be no invisible units.
The first image shows me in a tank while in third person view. You can't see my tank because it's invisible.
The second image shows an AI soldier who's invisible. That AI soldier is 12m in front of me, and should be visible. That same AI soldier revived me and I couldn't see the AI during the revive either.
