Matches won't populate with players

I can log in to my character and edit it, but when I try to join a match, it just hangs.  It will wait for other players but none populate.  It will say 1 of 64 in match - need 16 to start.  I am the only one in the match.  I tried other options and matches and the same thing.  Your servers aren't connecting the players to the matches.  This started on July 30, 2023.  Today is Jult 31, 2023 11.45p Chicago time and still can't play the game.  I'm playing on Xbox One S.  I can play other games on Xbox, just can't join any matches on Battlefield.  I did all the usual stuff - reset router, reset Xbox, used foul language.....
