Matchmaking broken
Eversince the newest update I'm constantly, every day, running into this same problem.
I launch the game, search for a match, get into one instantly. Play that to the end, search for a new match, get into one within a few seconds. Play that to the end.
Then when I try third time all of a sudden I can't find more than an maximum of 40 players and usually the amount is only 4-10 (this in Rush XL, so majority of the "players" are bots). No matter how many times I keep searching.
After 15-20 minutes, or if I just close and relaunch the game, I get connected instantly again. It is so frustrating. I play when there are thousands of people online. I play from EU region which is one of the most popular regions, if not the most popular. I have crossplay enabled all the time. I have over 700 hours in this game, and I'm one of those poor *beeps* who preordered this piece of work, so I've seen "it all". This is a reoccurring "bug" or "feature" which keeps coming back approximately every half an year. Literally no other game out of 300 I own suffers from this issue. No other EA title I own has this issue. I've never had this issue with any other Battlefield either.
When I finally get into a match, is it after a relaunch or that certain time period, I usually get into a match that's been going on for over 10 minutes. So it's not that there wouldn't be any players out of who knows how many thousands who for some reason wouldn't play this gamemode at this certain time. If I stay on that lobby which has like 12 players, the player numbers can climb up to 24 but after the match starts no new players will ever join. If I wanted to play against bots I'd play against bots, but I don't enjoy that at all.
Why this keeps happening? It'll go away eventually, maybe the next update just makes this issue disappear like always. But it's been coming back for almost 2.5 years already. I know I'm not the only one suffering from this because there most of the time are those 1-40 people in each lobby like me.
