Matchmaking loop

Having trouble to go into any game option for the past two weeks. It loads 'finds a game' then onto the black loading screen then it throws us back into the home screen. Tried basically all suggested fixes(clearing EA cache, verifying game files, reinstalling Javelin, restarting game and pc, resetting router etc) happens on both my and my husbands pc. Recently bought the game and had zero problems. Seriously regret the purchase.
