The same problem here. Everytime after an update, i have problems getting into game.
mINE IS SOLEVED. i WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE UPDATE. changed the UAC settings, turned off the antivirus. Now its working.
This didn't seem to be the fix for me. I updated the UAC settings and granted the game full firewall access but still having the same matchmaking issues. Hoping EA sees this soon. I really want to be able to play the game
