@MrsuperShooter Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

No other game where I play multiplayer online has given me connectivity issues like this game constantly does. Spend 20-30 minutes between most matches getting kicked out.

have you guys tried to verify the integrity of game files?

it may solve this issue.

I've tried that and the troubleshooting guide no luck.

Summarize your bug I am unable to join matches reliably. From the main lobby in All Out War, I go to join a game (issue is consistent in conquest, and all other game modes), and the matchmaking timer starts. Once the timer reaches 0 and the plane landing animation finishes, it cuts to a black screen. It appears that I am about to be placed in a match, however, the loading symbol appears, and I am booted back to the main menu with no error message.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try joining a game of Conquest on PC.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, I enter the matchmaking process like normal, but instead of being placed in a match, I get placed back in the main menu with no error messages.
What should be happening instead? I should be placed into a match.

This issue is not 100% consistent. Sometimes I am able to join a match, but there is no rhyme or reason as to why I am able to join a match. I would say this issue's frequency is more like 95%. 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice. Allowed the game full internet access. And cleared the game cache. There is a similar thread here that says to fix the issue I should check my DMZ settings on my router. I do not think this is the issue though because I can occasionally find a match, and I have no problems playing online in any other game. There is an additional issue where after I finally enter a game, I am unable to join subsequent matches. I will attach my dxdiag file as well as a video showcasing the issue.

I really hope to get this issue resolved because the game has actually been quite fun, the few times I have been able to play it.

I've been unable to join any lobby sense I first tried this morning and still unable to. Did you get your issue fixed or a reply back from EA?
