MAV and Tank Not Moving After Taking Damage
During my portal games on the Xbox Series X, we've been experiencing issues with the tanks and MAV not being able to move after taking damage. This only started after the latest update.

- @chinch78 I have seen this issue, too. Especially in solo/co-op. My squad of bots would be stuck in a MAV that would be completely immobilized, and not move, exit the vehicle, respawn, follow commands, etc. Idk if there's a bug with some vehicles if they're hit with too many emp blasts from grenades or otherwise. & HP wise, the vehicle is in perfect condition. The repair tool & repair for the vehicle do nothing to fix the issue.
Definitely happening during co-op... Tanks slow to a crawl and the MAV stops completely, even when fully repaired.
