MCS 880 unable to kill using buckshot

Summarize your bug The MCS 880 shotgun is not doing what it needs to do. It does about 10 to 20 points of damage at point blank range with every different kind of buckshot. The ps5 version of this gun is operating properly where it gets one shot kills if the majority of pellets hit the body.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into multiplayer against bots or players, equip the MCS 880 shotgun, stand directly in front of an enemy, shoot them using buckshot (all of them) or the flechette shells. You will never get a 1 shot kill, sometimes it can take the full 6 rounds to kill one enemy at point blank range.
What happens when the bug occurs? The gun just is is not doing the correct amount of damage. Sometimes the second shot will do good damage but its never the first shot.
What should be happening instead? The shotgun should be performing similar to how th shotgun performs on pc, and ps5. ! shot kill at point blank range with all pellets hitting.
There is some glitch with the MCS 880. It does not do the right amount of damage. It does about 10 to 20 points of damage even when I am at point blank range without missing any of my shots. Maybe the game only registers one pellet hitting rather than all of them? Maybe the gun is only shooting a singular pellet even though the animation shows all pellets? Maybe When the first pellet makes contact with the enemy the other pellets automatically just disappear? (This might be the case if this type of logic was used to implement the flechette shells). Whatever the case may be the shotgun is useless on ps4 unless you are using slugs. Please fix this. My friend only uses shotguns and he just wont play the game until this gun can actually kill in one shot.
