Memory Leak and Terrible performance

This game has a massive memory leak and uses up all of my RAM causing my hard drive to load continuously. I had to disable virtual memory, I haven't tried playing yet with it disabled but it'll likely make my PC crash. Also my GPU and CPU usage only stays at around 50%, this is likely linked to the memory leak. 

As a side note the game will use about 12GB of my 16GB of ram. I've seen others take pictures showing the game using a massive amount of ram, like about 30GB or 50GB depending on how much ram they have.
