Menu lag

I have horrible lag in the menu, so starting a game is really hard. In game i have no lag at all. I'm running a Geforce 1060 Ti

    I rebooted and closed steam, firefox and some other programs and it fixed itself. =)

    Also when i changed Fullscreen mode to "BORDERLESS" i could have discord, twitch and all my background apps running without problems.
