Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run the game at 3840x2160 on PC with a 4K monitor. Look closely at the text and graphics in any of the menus. They're noticeably blurry and lacking in detail - in other words, they don't appear to display at the proper 3840x2160 resolution you'd expect them to.
What happens when the bug occurs? The menu UI is more difficult to see correctly and, more importantly, looks *awful*. It's a bad first impression for a player.
What should be happening instead? The text and graphics of all in-game menus should display at the full resolution selected by the user.
