Merciless skin for McKay - Missing

Hello,

I just completed the ribbon requirement for the Merciless skin for McKay in the Liquidators set.
My account says I have it installed, but it does not appear in my selections for skins in the main menu.

This is not the first time I have completed the requirements to get the free skins, and they don't show up in my account. 

Please let me know if there is a fix for this.

I'm on a PS5 and have a 108 rank.

I've attached some pictures to show that I have unlocked the skin, and it shows that I own it. However, you can see that it is not in my library.

Any assistance would be much appreciated! 🙏
