@EA_Atic I had Mastery unlocks issues too (i still have them) asked the Ea Support if they could do anything about it. Here is the Answer:

"I do really appreciate your feedback on the stuck game progression in Battlefield 2042 game. Although the support team can't make any changes directly, we are passing your feedback on to the game team to consider in future updates. Our team is currently investigating all of the Galactic War systems for potential changes, but we don't have anything announce at the moment."

Hi @Xherdos, We have worked with the EA Support team they can sort out the missing unlocks.

Looks like the agent thought it was related to star wars galaxy of heroes, as Galactic War systems belongs to that game.

If you have Twitter account I recommend poking them.
