Summarize your bug when you shoot with the controller (Xbox -> RT button) and aim with the mouse often opens up the chat for typing and instead of shooting I enter letters in to the chat. And in the Little Bird it's Every Time...
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play on PC with an Xbox controller shoot with him and aim with your mouse OR fly the Little Bird/Nightbird aim with the mouse and shoot with the controller
What happens when the bug occurs? The Chat opens up and I start tipping in the chat.
What should be happening instead? The chat should stay closed

Just use a controller on the PC and aim with mouse and you will get to bug. Shoot with RT on controller. If you want to get faster to the bug use the Nightbird, aim with mouse, shooting with controller.
