For a quick test try DDU and uninstall your driver and try the 537.58 nVidia drivers and see how you get along.

@sk1lld Sorry for late reply. I've tried both 537.42 and 537.58 Both didn't work. Still flickers.

Turn your mouse refresh rate to 500 Hz if it is at 1000 and see, do you have another mouse just in case?
