Anxiously awaiting the fix, can't play and have an ounce of fun.
For anyone still having this issue, I highly recommend trying a clean boot up and running the game to see if the issue is resolved. I tried uninstalling all the old drivers for my Razer and running a new mouse, I tried adjusting the polling rate, the DPI tracking, basically everything else everyone has suggested and it was still unplayable. Ran a clean boot and my mouse, and the game, run glass smooth with zero issues since.
EA has a post about it here (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/) if you want to try.
- 4 years ago@Teckton Disabled all services as written - it really helped!!! But on the other hand, the solution is questionable, it is necessary to fix this problem, since all other games run without problems.

Oh absolutely, hopefully on the 19th patch. Makes the game playable at least. Honestly, it made my PC run faster too lol, so win-win there anyway.

This service freezes the mouse.

Nice, thanks for sussing it out. I'll have to try enabling everything but that when I get home. Makes sense since I'm running an HP laptop.

It worked for me and a handful of others but the only other thing I found when researching the issue that worked for some was completely uninstalling your mouse drivers and rebooting your system and trying a different mouse. It seemed to happen a lot for ppl with Razer or Logitech G series mice. Unfortunately I tried other suggestions about lowering the mouse polling rate to 125 or using different mice and the clean boot was the only thing that worked.
You also might want to check if it's the same issue. I found that there's 2 similar issues that are completely separate from eachother. Mine was stuttering in menus and in game. Another issue the mouse would work in menu but would have intermittent freezing in game. Similar issues but seemingly unrelated based on what I read.

Thought mine was fixed after the patch last week, but the screen stutter and mouse lag came back the next day, so I just completely removed iCue, then ran the repair game, then I reloaded iCue, and it seems to be working now. NO other game ever have I had to go through such in order to play. Still holding out hope they get this completely fixed for everyone and all the other issues they now have rushing this out for the holidays, or they are going to have a bunch of refunds heading their way
