The problem only manifests itself in the match. Present since open beta.
On the keyboard, from pressing to the action of the character, it takes 3 seconds.
When you move the mouse, the sight jumps instead of moving smoothly.
One gets the feeling that you are playing with a ping of 300 with a real 35.
I look at a similar problem not only with me example.
If there is no solution, for me the product is not playable, only refund.
