Mouse turning broken?

Downloaded the new update and now left and right on the mouse don't work. I tried rebinding them but same results. Anyone else having this problem or better still know a fix?

  • @AIMWraith  I've seen 2 solutions. The first solution definitely works and some have posted that the 2nd solution worked for them.

    Solution #1:
Go into your PROFSAVE_profile, open with Notepad, located in \Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings Remove the lines that start with: "GstKeyBinding.infantry.ConceptYaw". Save and restart the game.

    Solution #2:
In the Options menu click: Mouse & Keyboard, Vehicles, Key Bindings, Pilot, Movement. Use the (press and hold) ESC key to clear the "mouse bindings" for: Freelook UP, Freelook Down, Freelook Left, Freelook Right and leave them blank.

Then in the Options menu again click: Mouse & Keyboard, On Foot, Key Bindings, Movement. Use the (press and hold) ESC key to clear the "keyboard arrow bindings" (not mouse) for: Freelook UP, Freelook Down, Freelook Left, Freelook Right and leave them blank.

@Buzzfunk yes remove them all. When you go back into the game, the game will update the PROFSAVE_profile and replace the ones you removed.
