Mouse Vertical input stops working

I had this happen to me after exiting a tank I spawned in at the start of a round.

Mouse controls got back to normal after I got killed and then revived.

Edit: Mouse controls where normal while ín the tank. I exited while the tank was moving, after which I only had horizontal input. I died pretty fast, then got rezzed and controls where back to normal.
