Can you try this : 
- Disable the EA app in-game interface (click on ≡ at the top left of the EA app - Settings - Application - In-game interface - Enable in-game interface and toggle the button to the left).

- Disable Xbox Game Bar, Discord, Geforce Experience, Steam, etc. overlays.
- Close remote control software (Teamviewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
- Disconnect unnecessary USB devices (controller, joystick, steering wheel, etc.).
 In Windows Device Manager, go to Human Interface Devices, then right-click on HID Game Controller - Disable device.

This is a solution found by Ectar​  that works in most cases.

Do you use “Razer Synapse” ?

I have razer synapse installed on computer, I'm not sure if it runs when trying to play BF 2024.  It didn't seem to affect Beta BF 6 and i played it with no issues.
