Multi kills not tracking

Summarize your bug I have noticed if you destroy a vehicle with multiple occupancies it only counts as 1 kill. I have check this a few times when I get a multikill and every time it has only counted as one when I press tab to check how many kills I have.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Destroy a vehicle with two or more people in it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only counts as one kill on scoreboard
What should be happening instead? Should count as two or more(whichever matches the amount killed)
