My game has been crashing since release with no error code. no help from EA

i didn't have a problem playing the beta and, the only thing about my pc that has changed is updating to windows 11. now Ive played other games in between perfectly fine but, bf6 is the only one to do this. I can get about 5-30 mins spent in game before it crashes and a few times I've managed to play for an hour or two,before it crashes mid match and, I have reinstalled and verified a dozen times and still it crashes. I have tried every solution from any forum thread that has been marked by solved but I'm still crashing with no error message and it even sometimes will crash my pc and restart. I put in a ticket at EA support and haven't heard anything back. I've managed to get it to crash a few times with an error message but for the most part it hard crashes. its it just battlefield or is there some other secret setting i can change
