I was reading the patch notes on Steam. Still no fix for those with AMD 6800M GPU? I have not been able to play the game since release. I honestly feel like requesting a refund or at least be compensated for lost time due to this technical issue.
Sadly you will not get a refund. EA/Steam have decided that despite the false advertisement, the bugs, and general crash issues that no one is entitled to a refund. Your best bet is to try and charge back through your bank.
Thank you for your suggestion. I will do that if the Oct 28th update does not rectify this inexcusable issue.
