Need Help from Management

Hi,

I saw that I got invited to the Battlefield Labs Playtest while away on a work trip this week (See attached picture). I got home today super excited to play this weekend, only to find out I had to confirm my participation by 3 PM in order to play.. I was just in a live chat with Ajit and he told me to make a forum post here explaining my situation to have someone from management grant me access. Is there anyone from management that would be able to help me out here? I was really looking forward to playing! Surely something can be done.
