Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem.
To resolve this issue, simply rename your “msio64.sys” file to “msio64.sys.old”
Sometimes it can be found in these folders:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\
C:\Program Files\MSI\
