Need to Press Chat Key Twice to Chat

DxDiag Press the Chat key while in game. It will do nothing. Press it a second time. The chat prompt appears. This happens often.

Text chat? Voice chat?

I only need to press text chat key (Enter) once. Voice chat I have yet to work properly. Perhaps I need to press Left ALT twice.  🙂
