Network Dipping Issues

Hello! Seem to be having an issue starting just today. What has been happening is that out of nowhere my connection has been absolutely terrible (at some points it dips the ping to 800 for no real reason) I can confirm I have done all of the network troubleshooting provided by EA (this also includes not having a VPN/Proxy active) and can confirm any other game that I would be playing would not have any of these connection issues. It almost seems like the game is bouncing me off of other servers all of a sudden. The game has also been working just fine up until a few hours ago and now all of a sudden is doing this.

    Screenshot provided. Loading into any match, on the left hand side of the screen it shows the connection cutting in and out and Ping that atrocious and disappears. Any other game I would not be experiencing these kinds of issues (Halo Infinite shows that my Ping would be constantly below 20 in my region not dipping above 40 at worst) to me this indicates something is wrong with packet loss perhaps.

    Hey @DaddyWarBukx,

    Hmm, that looks odd indeed. It could be that the server matchmade you out of your own region because there were either 1) not enough player available in your current region to start a match, or 2) all servers were full in your current region and therefore it had to find something out of your region.

    May I ask; which game modes are you playing when you experience this issue?

    @EA_LeeuwAOW Conquest and Breakthrough, Solo and regular Multiplayer, Crossplay both on and off. Happened no matter the server/gamemode I would have been playing in. Just to state, I am in the East US region so I shouldn't be having any sort of issue finding players or it region swapping me at all due to US priority within the gaming world. If you can find an actual statistic about server capacity and what the player count actually was at around 14:00 EST and 23:00 EST could show if region swapping was an issue which I doubt as I was in the same server as friends from PS5 who didn't have a single network issue.

    @DaddyWarBukx, alright, thanks for the info!

    I would like to ask to test you something, if that's alright?
    It's a more advanced Speedtest kind of thing: http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest. It shows not only your actual speed, but also your overall network quality.

    Can you please test your network and post a screenshot of the results here? I recommend to do this via a cabled connection to your router/modem and via a Desktop PC or Laptop.
