Never Received Tier 1 Completion for Season 1-2 of 2042 (Completed Each BP Week)

I have gotten Tier 1 Mastery for Season 3 and am on my way to Season 4 but never unlocked Tier 1 Mastery for Seasons 1 and 2 even though I played a lot of Season 1 and completed all the Battle Points...

No, there's, unfortunately, no way to retroactively change these stats on accounts. However, I do understand what issue you had and that is something that is still being investigated.
