Does anyone know any other program to limit FPS apart from RTSS and Nvidia/AMD Panel? You can't count on EA's support, if they wanted to do something about it, someone from the EA team would have commented a long time ago. I suspect that they blocked RTSS on purpose for some political reasons, so there is no point in expecting them to fix this problem.
Good question, I have a better question, why was the command in console Gametime.MaxVariableFPS available in older Battlefields (from V to olders), and suddenly it's not available in Battlefield 2042? I bought Battlefield 2042 only because it was 64% off, but I see that I may have made a mistake. EA games always have some strange problems, but blocking RTSS is a complete overreaction, instead of setting a normal FPS limit, the graphics constantly run at high speed and do not need to be tired.
What's more, I wouldn't even think of a game developer who would block RTSS and MSI Afterburner, which is a pity, because if I had read about this type of prank before purchasing, I wouldn't have bought this game.
A person learns all his life.
EA try to BLOCK the program to show the real problems this game have!..VAC in 5 days get the problem with AMD LAG+ problem with CS2 that make bans, they just put the program with WIHTE LIST, problem solved!..But EA take more tham 1 year to solve the game so dont think they are interested on this.

I'm not defending DICE here because I use Afterburner, but Valve hasn't whitelisted anything, hell if anything they did the opposite as they introduced a driver verification and now they're blocking players who are still using the driver with AntiLag+. It's up to AMD to fix that, not Valve.- 2 years ago@marshallrawr VALVE is that make the move!!!..They are moving to lift the BANS!!...Go read what they said!..AMD CANT lift BANS!!!!...Patetic
