Thanks for responding. Don't really know where to start in terms of troubleshooting since not sure if it's an audio, video, RAM, OS or game issue.
Since that time, I tried deleting the cache and also updating to the most recent NVIDIA drivers (that were released yesterday), and I had no problems last night!
But tonight, while I didn't get any framerate drops or disconnects from the server, I did hear the audio stuttering again. So, guess it's still not gone for good.
