Bought BF 2042 yesterday and got it installed. Since that time I get the error message: "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet." I'm connected to the internet so I don't think that is the issue. Anyone know what to do with this error? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Can you try this :
Reset network settings and clear DNS :
- Open the CMD in administrator mode and run:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Create a "Origin Games" folder :
- Creating a "Origin Games" folder under C:\Program Files (x86)
- Deleting the cache of the EA App
- Deleting the folder "EA App" under C:\ProgramData

I believe I did all of those items but still got the same error message unfortunately. I did fail to mention previously that EA also states.. "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later"
Yes it's strange,
- Try uninstalling the EA app with Revo Uninstaller and then reinstalling it.

So I did try to uninstall everything via Revo and then when I went to reinstall the EA App it said it was missing the file so I Repaired it and then it will come up. Whenever I try to launch 2042 it gives me the same errors. Maybe my computer just isn't compatible.. it ran the BF6 beta so its just weird..
it would probably be easier to look at it together on Discord.
