Newly added A-10 airbrake control will not rebind

Issue: Any control that is bound to S will simultaneously activate the airbrake function of the jet.

Expected Result: S will not activate the airbrake unless it is bound to throttle down. Throttle down keybind will activate the airbrake regardless of what key is bound.

(Airbrake is denoted as the opening of the ailerons on the wings. This slows the jet down substantially)

Ex: My control scheme rebinds 'pitch up' to S and 'throttle down' to Ctrl. When I press S to pitch up, the airbrakes deploy as well. Any other key bound to 'pitch up" provides the expected result of only pitching up with no airbrake.

Any bind that S is used for activates the airbrake, such as 'Ping', 'View Rear Cam', 'Zoom Minimap', etc.

This seems to be separate from the 'throttle down' bind. Any key bound to 'throttle down' except for the default of S will not activate the airbrake, and will only slow the jet slightly.

On controller, changing the scheme works as expected. (ex. changing from L stick throttle to trigger throttle will deploy the airbrake as expected in both cases).

I have the same issue, I binded S to pitch up and the throttle control to mouse button 4 and 3.

Flight mode / Toggle flight mode / Air breaks is unbinded on both mouse and keyboard.
There's just no keybinding that can fix this... its pretty much coded in that S key engages the Air brakes on the A-10.

So anyone trying to use custom keybinds aren't gonna have a fun time dogfighting until they fix this.

Seems like this is one of only two threads I can find citing this issue, I just wanted to post saying I am also affected. This bug effectively nerfs anyone for not using the default W and S throttle control.

Like Champi00n says, I think that S is hard coded to engage the air brake instead of dynamically changing to what you bind throttle down to. I took a peek in the config file and searched for settings using "button 31" (The S key), and found nothing outside of pitch control for helis and jets, as well as the brake keybinding for ground vehicles and transports.

For the sake of testing I removed the keybind for vehicle brakes to no affect.
