no error freeze

The game will randomly freeze with no game error with the sound still playing before slowly disappearing into nothing, forcing me to hard shutdown and reopen windows. When windows is rebooted my amd driver gives me the Default Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure error even though I have not touched anything in tuning, I have tried upgrading/downgrading my GPU driver using DDU, installing motherboard chipset and bios, reinstalled Direct X, turned off all game overlays, undervolting, verifying the game and windows through command prompt, put the game in admin and ect. I used to get Get device removed DX error crashes but now it is just sudden freezing.

GPU: RX 5600xt OCv2 - Driver AMD PRO 22.Q2

CPU: I5-9400f

RAM: corsair 2x8 16gb

motherboard: B365M PRO-VDH

550W power supply

separate HHD not on main SSD (i have tried moving it to SSD did not work)
Windows 11

Everything is up to date and I have tried clean booting
