no players in portal

I have been playing battlefield 2042 since launch date and I haven't ran across this problem till now. When I load up the game and go to portal to browse servers everything shows 0 players. I join a game and I am the only one in the game. It has been like this for 3 days so far. Also please put squad locking in I'm tired of playing solo and having team mates spawn on me just to get me killed.

Sorry I have to ask but is crossplay on or off?  Does anything change if you turn it off if it is on and vice versa?

The game can sometimes turn off crossplay after an update - make sure to go back into your settings and check it's working properly. 

Yes I am still having the same problem I am on Xbox one. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled made sure the game is updated and I have made sure my cross play settings are turned on. Like I said it has been 3 days of this so far.

Unless they fixed it, the portal browser won't show full servers and no way to show them. If it hasn't been fixed it is possible all the populated servers are full?
