Hi everyone,I installed Battlefield 2042 on my Xbox one, and since i installed it and when i’m trying to play, it’s showing me that I’m the only one in the lobby.I tried to select the server but always I’m joining with bots.I tried many solutions, reinstall the game, reset the and clear the MAC address, and even all the settings are On including cross play.can anyone help me with that ?

@Tarek-TmT Ah OK, I get you now. That's good as you can probably rule out it being an issue with the version then. There are only two things I can think to suggest which I'm not sure if you've tried already, and they're more for the issue with you and your friends not seeing each other - make sure that the Privacy settings in your EA account are right (ea.com) and that your friends are also playing the Xbox One version of the game. For what it's worth, though, I was able to find you last night in the Social menu of the Xbox One version last night before I went to bed (I didn't send any invites or anything).

@Tarek-TmT Is Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) enabled in home router settings?Another option is to add Xbox console to demilitarized zone (DMZ) in home router settings.

@OskooI_007 Thanks for trying to help me, appreciate that.
The NAT type is Open, and i double checked and the crossplay is on.
Even i’ve tried to add my friends in the game and also can’t find anyone, on the other side i’m able to play another online games with them, so I’ve tried to reinstall it again but still the same issue. If you have any other suggestions can help me i’d glad to hear it.

@ElliotLH Thank you for your trying to help me. I’ve tried all kind of war matchmaking and non of them it works, in the portal i found a few servers but i can only play with bots, there’s no real player at all. Also i searched about you and couldn’t find anyone result.

But you have mentioned 2 versions of the game, so what do you mean by that?
Because when i purchased the game and i have Xbox one, there were 2 options 1-for only Xbox one 2-for the one and series X and I purchased the second option, so does that affect ?

@Tarek-TmT I wonder if it's something in your privacy settings causing the problem? Also, I take another look for you and will see if I can find you.

Basically there's one version for the Xbox and a different one for Series S/X (an S/X can play both). If you don't have a Series S/X but are playing that version then there could be issues. I always assumed it just wouldn't work at all, but I don't have an Xbox One plugged in anymore to test with.

The version which i have is supporting both Xbox one and series X/S, and the one which i installed is for the Xbox one because the system automatically will cancel the one for series X.
I double checked the privacy settings and there’s nothing at all.
I raised a ticket on EA support team but still there’s no response at all

I’ve checked the EA privacy settings of my account and everything was totally fine.
I’ll try to contact with the Xbox support because EA support don’t give any response.

@ElliotLH Just now I realized the issue when I download another online game that showing in the settings the network information and NAT type, the issue when i’m in the game the NAT type changes by itself to “Moderate” and when i quit from the game the NAT type goes automatically to “Open”
Do you have any idea about this issue? Or hear about it?
